Privacy / Security, Terms and Conditions

The Xpanda Bra website is provided to you free for your personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between Mamamigo Ltd and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, you and Mamimigo Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the above Courts.

The Xpanda Bra® Guarantee:

We hope that you will be happy with your order but, if you are not, we have a 30 day full refund or exchange policy.Returns received outside these periods may not be accepted, or may only be accepted back but a credit gift voucher to be used on our website maybe issued.

All items must be returned in perfect condition unworn, unwashed with all labels intact complete with original packaging. We will be happy to refund the total price (excluding the delivery cost.If we do issue a refund on postage cost, it will not be for non standard which means you will only be refunded the standard postage cost. or we can send you an exchange. Buyer pays for the return of any items.

When trying on items please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with them, keep all labels attached until you are sure your item is the correct size, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done or labels have been removed.

In the case of unwanted goods being refunded, we will not refund the shipping cost.

Once we have received your Returns we will send you an email to confirm your exchange/refund has been made. Refunds are usually carried out within 5-7 days of receiving your return but please allow for delays during particularly busy periods.

If you are looking to exchange any items no further postage and packaging charges will be incurred.
Please note when returning any items please use our full address and also obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Ensure that all parcels are perfectly sealed and weighed properly so the correct postage is paid, we cannot not be responsible for undelivered items if the sender has not paid the correct postage. Please note that you can return to us via a courier service, insured postal service or any other service that requires a signature upon receipt, but we cannot refund the courier cost.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We regret that we do not pay for postage, packing or insurance for any item returned to us, this is at the cost of the customer. If you are looking to exchange, we do not charge any further postage or packaging costs.

Late Returns

Return of goods made by you outside the 30 day period must be in a saleable new condition. If in our sole discretion, we decide to accept a late return of goods from you, we reserve the right to make a charge of £4.99 to cover the cost of processing the late return or we may issue you with a credit note. This will be valid for Xpanda bra items. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us after this time.
How quickly do we refund returned goods?

We usually process refunds 5-7 days of receipt. If you have not been refunded by the 8th day then please contact us.
Please note if you choose the cheaper post option and your item is lost or goes missing you will have to wait 14 working days before any action is taken to either refund or replace .this is the terms and conditions of the postal service provided by Royal mail . If you choose the tracked signed for option it means your parcel will be delivered quicker and delivery is guaranteed.


Xpanda Bra is a trademark of Mamamigo Ltd within the UK and other countries. Other company names mentioned on our website may be the trademark or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Ethical Trading Policy

As a retailer selling bra lingerie, Xpanda Bra is manufactured overseas within the EU, often in communities and countries in the developing world. We respect the different cultures in these countries where our product is produced, and their different levels of development. We believe that there are certain standards that these working environments should meet. We aim to ensure that the Companies manufacturing Xpanda Bra are working to what we believe is to be an acceptable standard and that these standards should be higher where possible.

Mamamigo Ltd works and buys directly from overseas manufacturers. These manufacturers may at times buy from other manufactures. It is in no way possible to control the working environment of everyone in this long chain who maybe involved in some way with Xpanda Bra.

We require our manufacturer to make assurances to us that they are working to these standards required by us. We also agree with our manufacturer when trading with them, that we reserve the right to visit and inspect any workplace involved in the production of Xpanda Bra at any time convenient to us .Where any concerns come to our attention we expect these to be dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible. If we are not completely satisfied we may cease trading with that manufacturer.

We believe that by working in collaboration with our manufacturers in this way we are doing everything we can to ensure minimum standards are met and where possible are exceeded.

Environmental Policy

Mamamigo Ltd aims to reduce our impact on the environment as much as we can. However we recognize that as a retailer and a mail order business, it’s not always easy to be as “green” as we would like. We make sure that all our employees understand that we want to be “greener” and encourage everyone to try to do the following: Be aware of how they use resources in their day to day work and actively looks for ways to reduce the energy or materials, for example, simply ensuring PCs and monitors are switched off overnight or that we don’t print off paper copies of all our documents that are not necessary and try to keep as little paper copies as we can.

We look at new ways to deliver our products and services to customers which reduce environmental impact but maintain the high levels of service which our customers have come to expect from us. For example we don’t use unnecessary packaging for our mail orders to customers and where an order contains multiple items we’ll remove some of the packaging around each item so that our customers don’t have to recycle this. We also try and use as much recyclable materials and packaging as we can, and send emails instead of paper copies via post. We are doing everything that we reasonably can to reduce our impact on natural resources.


This privacy policy has been developed in order to give you peace of mind that your privacy is being protected whilst using the Xpanda bra website. Mamamigo Ltd are completely committed to respecting your privacy and we will not disclose any personal information entered, to any third party under any circumstances. All information regarding product orders in a hard copy are shredded after order is complete.

We only use the information that you give us to process orders, dispatch orders, process payments and communicate with you about our products, services and any other news about Xpanda Bra that we think may be of interest to you.
